My sister offered to buy my dress. So I accepted. It was really nice of her to do so.. or offer to pay for the majority because most dresses are way over her budget, so thats fine with me.
So I really think its really annoying that my sister just sent me a link to the Maggie Sottero website telling that me that her friend got a dress from there and she likes those dresses if I wanted to look at them..
There is no way on her budget that I'd be able to afford ANY of those dresses...The ones i've seen from there are $1000! Thats like double her budget.
So I emailed her back and told her that the Maggie dresses are expensive, even on the discount sites.
and she was like.. oh I know. I just thought maybe you'd just want to see them.
Then she sends me another email that says:
well I'm only going to buy something for you if you lose weight so you better get started!!??!>!?!
Augh. Does 5 lbs count? :-D
I'm just so sick of all this wedding stuff.
I actually did some research on Lake Tahoe and think a couple of places sound nice.
Wedding planning = not fun. stressful. annoying. frustrating.
I just want to give up, cut our losses - forfeit all of our deposits, send out - "Don't Save the Date Anymore" emails and run off with a couple of close friends, close family AND so what if my family doesn't want me to get married somewhere else.
They aren't paying for anything with the wedding.
so they can all kiss my butt. If they really want to see me get married, they can suck it up and travel the 2.5 hours, if not oh well, I'll send you a postcard.
