I went cake tasting today to pick the fillings out for the cake.
Here are the cake layers I'm having:
Vanilla Cake with Bavarian Cream and Fresh Strawberries
Chocolate Fudge Cake with Chocolate Mousse and mini chocolate chips
Yellow Butter Cake with Grand Marnier Whipped Cream
I think the bottom layer is going to be the vanilla cake. I'm just kind of torn between the other two. Out of the other two, I'd probably have the Yellow cake since I thought the Grand Marnier cream was soo good I almost wanted to lick the plate!
