Poor quality

So I received the invitation sample from the woman on etsy... I have to say that I am really disappointed.

The sample she sent was lopsided (the card looked like it was cut weird) the print was really faint in places..etc. I know that some people send rejects. However since my colors are blue and green. She made that one just for me. Its blue with a cream layer...etc. So since it looks like it was made just for me, because she said she tried to match my colors etc... I'm kind of disappointed that she would send me crap... or at least not put in her note that this is a reject and to not mind the crookedness etc... which it doesnt say AT ALL.

So now I'm questioning the quality of what I will receive if I order from her. So do I bring up my concerns? or will that just be weird? I dont know. There are others I like on etsy too but they are really slow at responding or dont respond at all. :(
