Today I have an appointment to see a place I saw this weekend again - venue 3. I want to get pricing and etc.
My mom is going to go with me.

I spent most of yesterday calling around to see how much the officiants were, talking about catering and etc. I did call most of the people that gave me their business cards this weekend.

One of the DJs I called, is $1000. What?!!!

To play some music? They better let you keep the music when they are done. That $1000 is their "cheap" package too. Yeah I guess I wont be going with them.

The officiant that was recommended by the first place we went to, was rather reasonable. Its $150 and it includes everything. Rehersal, meetings (as many as we like), ceremony and we can customize our ceremony any way we like.

One guy I previously contacted wanted to charge us $300 just for the ceremony and another 75 for the rehersal. That didnt include his travel per mile.

anyways, i'm off to my moms house to use her "free" landline instead of wasting my minutes.
